DAY 1 - Saturday, April 9
  • Arrival 4:30 – 6:30 pm (check in, unpack & rest)
  • Welcome, intros and dinner
  • Yoga Nidra, meditation or Vinyasa session

DAY 2 - Sunday, April 10
  • 7:30 - 8:30 am: Fruit & self-service drinks at the shala
  • 8:30 - 9:30 am: 45-min Vinyasa Yoga w/ a 15-min Savasana Meditation
  • 9:00 - 10:30 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm: Session 1: Mindfulness and Your Function
  • 12:00 - 12:30 pm: Break 
  • 12:30 - 2:00 pm: Session 2: Thought Patterns – Why We Get Triggered
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Light snack
  • 3:00 - 6:30 pm: Free time (shopping, excursions, hiking, rest)
  • 6:30 - 7:30 pm: Buffet-style vegetarian dinner
  • 7:30 - 9:00 pm: Evening Yoga Nidra and/or art workshop, discussions
 
DAY 3 - Monday, April 11
  • 7:30 - 8:30 am: Fruit & self-service drinks at the shala
  • 8:30 - 9:30 am: 45-minute Vinyasa Yoga w/ a 15-minute Savasana Meditation
  • 9:00 - 10:30 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm: Session 3: Self Care and Inner Balance
  • 12:00 - 12:30 pm: Break 
  • 1:00 - 6:00 pm: Excursion: Trip to Hot Springs and Papal Gardens
    1-hr drive to the Hot Springs of Viterbo to immerse and calm mind, body and spirit.  After the Springs, we'll stroll through the serene gardens of Bolsena Lake.
  • 6:30 - 7:30 pm: Buffet-style vegetarian dinner
  • 7:30 - 9:00 pm: Evening Yoga Nidra and/or art workshop, discussions​​

DAY 4 - Tuesday, April 12
  • 7:30 - 8:30 am: Fruit & self-service drinks at the shala
  • 8:30 - 9:30 am: 45-minute Vinyasa Yoga w/ a 15-minute Savasana Meditation
  • 9:00 - 10:30 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm: Session 4: Story Telling and Familiar Patterns
  • 12:00 - 12:30 pm: Break 
  • 12:30 - 2:00 pm: Session 5:  Thought Transformation
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Light snack
  • 3:00 - 6:30 pm: Free time: shopping, excursions, hiking, rest
  • 6:30 - 7:30 pm: Buffet style vegetarian dinner
  • 7:30 - 9:00 pm: Evening Yoga Nidra and/or art workshop, discussions

DAY 5 - Wednesday, April 13
  • Free to rest or explore. Guests are invited to relax at In Sabina, take advantage of the complimentary massage, or discover Italy. Retreat guides or staff can help you to pre-arrange special excursions, tickets and transfers at a pass through expense.
 
DAY 6 - Thursday, April 14
  • 7:30 - 8:30 am: Fruit & self-service drinks at the shala
  • 8:30 - 9:30 am: 45-min Vinyasa Yoga w/ a 15-min Savasana Meditation
  • 9:00 - 10:30 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm: Session 6: Ideal Image Creation
  • 12:00 - 12:30 pm: Break 
  • 12:30 - 2:00 pm: Session 7: Mindful Goal Setting
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Light snack
  • 3:00 - 6:30 pm: Free time: shopping, excursions, hiking, rest
  • 6:30 - 7:30 pm: Buffet-style vegetarian dinner
  • 7:30 - 9:00 pm: Evening Yoga Nidra and/or art workshop, discussions
 
DAY 7 - Friday, April 15
  • 7:30 - 8:30 am: Fruit & self-service drinks at the shala
  • 8:30 - 9:30 am: 45-min Vinyasa Yoga w/ a 15-min Savasana Meditation
  • 9:00 - 10:30 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm: Session 8: Life Script Writing and Recording
  • 12:00 - 12:30 pm: Break 
  • 12:30 - 2:00 pm: Session 9: Final Session: Life Script Installation
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Light snack
  • 3:00 - 5:00 pm: Encouraged relaxation and reflection time
  • 5:30 - 8:30 pm: Group dinner in the nearby town of Torri 
  • 7:30 - 9:00 pm: Evening Yoga Nidra and/or art workshop, discussions
 
DAY 8 - Saturday, April 16
  • 7:30 am: Fruit & self-service drinks at the shala
  • If time permits:
    • 8:00 - 9:00 am: 45-min Vinyasa Yoga with a 15-min Savasana Meditation
    • 10:00 - 11:00 am: Breakfast
    • Check out & goodbyes
