Mindful Life Coaching Series

Step 1 - Be Your Own Director! Self-Regulation

Learn how stress impacts your mind and body and how it manifests into your everyday life.  Identify what your specific stress symptoms are, where they may stem from and personalize a plan to address the stress in your life so that you can create a sense of calm no matter what is going on around you.
Step 2 - What's the Connection? Understanding Old Belief Patterns
Learn what your specific trigger points are and how they impact your current life.  Explore current beliefs that may be holding you back and begin to understand how they translate into present day barriers.
Step 3 - What's Really Going On? Thought & Brain Function
Learn brain functioning, how your brain works and the specific parts of the brain that are triggered when we become upset.  Learn how mindfulness impacts the brain and how it can actually change the structure of your brain and create inner peace.
Step 4 - What’s My Story? Developing a Narrative
Understand how past experiences impact your present day functioning.  Learn how people and experiences shaped your developing brain as a child, and how to use mindfulness to change negative stories we have told ourselves and repeated over and over again. ​
Step 5 -  I Can See Clearly Now! Cultivating Clarity for Transformation
Develop a greater understanding of old, negative beliefs patterns.  Building off of the Week 4 practice, we dive deeper into your awareness to pinpoint and transform negative habits. We explore and redesign the automatic thoughts to eliminate negativity and reclaim balance and perspective. 
Step 6 - I have a Vision! Successful Mindset / Goal Setting
Utilize mindfulness strategies and vision to create the ideal image of who you want to be!  Be your authentic self, love yourself now, but also have the courage to expand your energy to create the life you want to lead!
Step 7 - What’s My Plan? Mindful Planning and Your Future
Create specific goals that relate to your hopes and dreams.  Develop the language, objectives and vision to create all that you want to achieve in your life, step by step. Develop a powerful life script to be used as a life changing technique in Week 8.
Step 8 - I’ve Got This! Personal Script / Bringing it All Together

​Immerse yourself in this new ideal self and begin to use all that you've learned about yourself, your thoughts, your emotions, your expectations and behaviors throughout the journey.  Using the exercises from Weeks 6 and 7 exploration, you develop a life script to use in our final meditation practice.  This powerful installation of a new narrative is sure to change your life!
