"Our perceptions are programmed through life experiences.  I guide clients to go deeper by reflecting on their patterns to better understand their current beliefs, thoughts, emotions, expectations, assumptions and ultimately, their behavior.  I help to identify unhealthy patterns that keep them from living a positive and productive life. Using mindfulness strategies, I help you unlock your personal power, to be present and live with a greater sense of self-compassion, connection to others, and to notice what they’re feeling without judgement.

I help clients to rise above the stressors and traumas that impact their daily lives and bring clarity to recognize patterns that need attention and resolve.  I teach individuals how to take accountability for themselves and their relationships both personally and professionally. Through a balance of mindfulness, reflection and meditation, I provide self-help tools that reduce stress and anxiety, increase self-awareness and improve emotional balance."  - Denise
